ZARBAAB EXCHANGE POLICY
Once an order has been confirmed and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
NO REFUNDS
If you believe you ordered the wrong article or, for any reason, are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets all of the following requirements:

All tags and original packaging must be intact.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

The Order ID must be provided with the exchange request.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to the intimate nature of our products, strict hygiene standards must be maintained. Therefore, the following items cannot be exchanged:

EXCHANGE PROCESS
In case of an eligible exchange:

The customer must dispatch the product back to ZARBAAB.

Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will dispatch the replacement product.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a coupon equal to the eligible credit amount will be issued after deducting applicable courier charges.

The coupon will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used to shop at ZARBAAB.SHOP.
