PRICING POLICY

Prices of some products may be subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates and other market conditions.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Discounts cannot be combined or overlapped unless specifically authorized by ZARBAAB. ZARBAAB reserves the right to cancel an order if an unauthorized or overlapping discount is applied.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently offer the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfer

• Credit/Debit Card

Important: Orders above PKR 10,000 will be processed through Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit only.

SHIPPING

• Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

• Orders below Rs. 5,000 will be charged a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250.

DELIVERY

• All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

• Orders within major/metro cities are generally delivered within 4–5 working days.

• Orders to smaller cities and other areas may take approximately 6–7 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

Online tracking is available for confirmed orders. Customers can use the tracking information provided by ZARBAAB to monitor their shipment.
